Excelente atención por parte de Flora y todo el personal, nos hizo sentir en casa. Nos ayudó en todo transporte, comida etc. El desayuno bastante completo. Los masajes son una delicia los recomiendo mucho después de un día de Sky, también conocimos Mauricette in the Sky muy rico todo.

We stayed at the Higalik for a four night break over UK half term. The hotel is pretty new and presents well with a smart reception and responsive staff. However, there are a few things that let it down. We had two triple rooms for parents and two teenage children. One room had a balcony and a bathroom with both a bath tub and walk in shower, while the other (at the same price) had only a bath and no balcony. The bath shower didn't even have a bracket to be able to take a stand up shower. This is pretty poor for a premium level hotel. Elsewhere, the hotel is built into the mountain which requires switching lifts if you are above the 5th floor. At busy times of day it can take a long time to get up to your room or down. The spa was also extremely busy and didn't have adequate capacity for the size of hotel. On the plus side, the buffet breakfast is good and the staff friendly and helpful. Overall, though we didn't think it offered great value for money.

Really nice place. Clean and modern and very easy ski-in/ski-out. Elevators are an issue at times, but that is my only co plaint. Otherwise a great hotel. And the elevator is a nuisance, not a serious problem.

Un accueil professionnel et chaleureux dans un lieu qui allie le style et le confort. L'ensemble est à la fois spacieux et cosy grâce à la disposition d'espaces plus confidentiels, où l'on peut lire tranquillement assis au coin du feu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, parfaitement équipées (grand téléviseur, machine à café etc.) Le lit est confortable, la pièce bien chauffée. Ma terrasse disposait d'une vue charmante sur les montagnes enneigées. Petits déjeuners copieux, très variés et délicieux, tout comme la carte des menus. J'ai mangé un curry de lentilles succulent. Le menu de Saint-Valentin était très réussi. Des roses ont été offertes aux dames. Des espaces de détente comme la piscine et les soins spa sont de grande qualité. Quant aux toilettes, rien à dire : tout est impeccable. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel de standing qui ne cède rien à la convivialité. Bravo!
