Service at the reception is nice and friendly. Rooms are class and have an upscale touch. Breakfast area is clean and food is great! Hotel is very accessible to skiing area too!

Everyone at hotel including ski shop was very accommodating and very nice I recommend this lovely hotel ! It’s gotta amazing spa sauna and steam room, ski hire was reasonably priced compared to others and very easy access to ski out the door directly outside the locker room.

Hotel excellent mais si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans votre chambre sachez que ce ne sera pas possible car la musique très très fort sur la terrasse de l'hôtel commence à 9h45 et termine vers 18h et meme fenêtre fermée c'est insupportable. Néanmoins la restauration buffet avec un thème chaque jour est très bonne (raclette, fondue, fruits de mer) Les soins massage de qualité au Spa Nuxe La Skiroom avec chauffage dans chaque casier pour les chaussures La situation skis au pied est largement appréciable Le personnel est juste incroyable

You are paying for the location which is amazing, perfect spot for young children. But we are currently sat in our room at 4.30pm on our third day unable to relax because the music is so so loud, the bass makes our room thud. We have asked multiple times for it to be turned down a little and we are mostly met with a frosty response. The crazy thing is currently the noise is so high and we look out on the deck and there are only a couple of family’s sat out there. The idea that this kind of music is what families want shows a real lack of understanding from the young employees here at Marielle. It feels more like an 18 30s holiday. I asked to speak with the manager who was the lost frosty in her response. It is so disappointing for such an expensive resort which sells itself as a family place.
