This year I returned to Kaya after such an enjoyable stay in 2024. This time I was in a junior suite with two friends. I was on the "third bed" and despite being a tall male found it comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a lovely warm feeling. The rooms are very nicely furnished. The food in the restaurant is truly excellent, and the service is excellent without being too formal. The ski facilities are great, the ski room is large and has lockers for every bedroom, and a water point. Also, since there is a ski shop attached to the hotel, collecting your hire equipment is super easy. Access to the slopes from the Ski room is on to the "Blue" Boyes piste. Personally I find this a bit much first thing in the morning, as the slope is quite steep, and tends to be very busy. Fortunately there is a more gentle Green piste called Montagnette which is a 5 minute walk from the reception level. Alternatively you can take the free shuttle bus from outside the hotel down a few bends to a stop further down the slope and access the Boyes piste lower down.

Have stayed in a few places in les meniures. This is the best place. Great reception staff, lovely bar area, spa, and loved the ski room with individualised locker. The room was amazing, plenty of space, a safe and great products! And the view…. Just wow! Only minor thing is that it is a 20-30 minute uphill walk from the main village area to the hotel. There is a complimentary bus that goes up and down which makes eating out a bit of a challenge. Luckily the Hôtel restaurant is very good with a wide selection of wines!

Lovely rooms. Staff on the reception were fantastic. The restaurant was not so good. Vegetarians still poorly thought about in France obviously. Spa not inviting with a very loud air system running while trying to relax. The ski shop next door was delightful

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans une Junior Suite du Chalet Hôtel Kaya. J'y suis venu sur recommandation et je peux dire que je n'ai pas été déçu. La chambre est de bonne qualité, la literie est très confortable et la salle de bain est bien équipée. L'espace spa, hammam, piscine intérieure est très relaxant et le personnel est à votre écoute. Le personnel de l'accueil est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et les voituriers/bagagistes sont d'une efficacité redoutable. L’accès « ski aux pieds » aux pistes est un confort à prendre en compte, car vous ne passerez pas la même semaine avec et sans. Il faudra cependant faire attention si vous avez des choses à faire à La Croisette, car les navettes sont régulières (toutes les 20 minutes), mais en fonction du chauffeur, il ne desservira peut-être pas l’arrêt de l’hôtel (nous en avons fait la regrettable expérience). Maintenant, le restaurant constitue pour moi l’unique point noir de notre séjour. Nous avons opté pour la formule « demi-pension » qui propose un menu 3 plats tous les soirs. Il y a eu des soirs où les plats étaient tièdes, voire froids, et/ou la viande trop cuite. Pour un hôtel qui se veut 4 étoiles, c’est un peu dérangeant, mais fort heureusement, les employés du restaurant sont tout à fait disposés à répondre à vos requêtes. Le petit déjeuner est en revanche très riche, vous en avez pour tous les goûts, et le personnel est à votre écoute. En conclusion, je ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit où vous serez très bien reçu et repartirez avec des souvenirs plein la tête. Nous reviendrons.

Great ski hotel

This was one of the most comfortable, thoughtful and beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in (and I have traveled extensively). We are a family of 3 with a teenager, and we rented the suite with a king bed and a bunk room. First of all, a king sized bed is nearly impossible to find in Europe so that was amazing. The room was enormous with a huge bathroom and separate water closet. Everything was new and fresh. There were plenty of hooks along the walls to hang ski gear, etc. The entire staff - from front desk to the valet to the breakfast staff etc - were simply lovely. So cheerful and helpful with any request. The breakfast buffet was high quality ingredients with stunning views from every window. The ski rental shop attached had beautiful things to buy at reasonable prices and the guy who fitted us for our boots and skis treated us like royalty. Absolutely loved this hotel and could not recommend higher. (One thing to note... there is virtually no nightlife here, which was fine for us but may not be for everyone.) We made a lasting family memory and truly hope to be back one day!

Excelente opção de hotel, com muito conforto
Tudo muito bom, quarto amplo, luxuoso, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis, banheiro de ótimo tamanho e com banheira. Hotel silencioso, com ótimo atendimento tanto no restaurante quanto no bar, além da excelente gastronomia. Café da manhã delicioso e cardápio variado todas as noites.

Extra! Tout est parfait.
Excellent séjour de 3 nuits pendant lequel nous avons été surclassé dans une suite kaya. Donc bel espace de 40m2 environ, avec pas mal de rangements et de porte manteaux , très pratique au ski. Salle de bain top et vue panoramique que la Masse, plein sud. À notre demande un petit frigo a été installé. Petit dej magnifique . Situation top sur les pistes avec local à ski assez grand. On a pas pu faire de massage au spa faute de dispo mais le sauna était spacieux et très chaud. La piscine pas assez chaude pour nous par contre. Tout le personnel est top . La boutique dans le hall est bien achalandée et a des articles sympas. Je recommande l’hôtel à 100%.
