Séjour de 8 nuits en Suite XL en Janvier 2025. L'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai pu faire. Tout est parfait. Chambre propre et bien décorée, personnel adorable et très réactif, grand choix de nourritures (aussi bien au petit-déjeuner, brunch et diner), spa très agréable/propre et totalement désert en matinée, très grand ski shop avec casiers individuels et employés très compétents (le ski shop donne accès direct aux pistes d'ailleurs), ... La majorité des hôtels 5 étoiles sont plutôt froids, jouant beaucoup sur le côté "luxe" (une grande partie de la clientèle veut ça, donc c'est ok). Ce côté luxueux est présent au Pashmina, mais liant une énorme part d'humanité. Vous avez l'impression d'y venir depuis des années, même si c'est la première fois. Les employés étant très sympathiques et accessibles. A noter : la piste qui dessert l'hôtel est catégorisée bleue, mais n'est pas loin d'une difficulté rouge, surtout en milieu / fin de journée. Niveau intermédiaire pour l'emprunter, surtout pour rentrer le soir. Si débutants, demandez à la réception la navette (gratuite) de l'hôtel pour aller vous chercher, aux abords d'une piste plus simple (place Caron par exemple).

The hotel location is perfect - 2 steps and you are on the piste. Accommodation standard, décor, cleanliness all first class. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were great at the end of a skiing day. This is our 3rd visit - we will be back!

Will write in bullet points to try and be constructive I went with 18 year old daughter both competent skiers Location great Facilities spa, pool, gym excellent Reception staff and drivers fantastic Dining staff fantastic Room and facilities excellent Ski room and lockers excellent Food was good quality but all in all disappointing. Limited choice in evenings and breakfast buffet fairly limited. I stayed at club med and the food choices , variety and quality are far better. The one thing that was really disappointing is that having paid over £6000 for the 2 of us everything is extra and quite money grabbing. Prices quite ridiculous so we didn’t use the bar and went out most evenings. It boasts Michelin star but again that restaurant is extra as are all experiences on offer. They even charge a commission to book ski passes. I can’t complain about the quality but value for money club med is far superior and a more relaxed experience. Entertainment poor . I feel bad critiquing as staff could not have done more for us but having stayed in 30 plus ski hotels not sure this was for us.

Habitués de val thorens, le changement de direction de l'altapura nous a donné envie d'aller voir ailleurs ( personnel moins attentionné, baisse en gamme du restaurant). A notre arrivée au pashmina, il a fallu s'habituer un peu à l'architecture de l'hôtel. Initialement j'avais une préférence pour l'altapura mais le côté plus petit hotel intimissiste a aussi son charme. Le personnel sait qui vous êtes, on sent qu'il y a un bon briefing en amont. Mais la nette différence cest le restaurant . On a eu envie de venir grâce aux explorateurs et clairement sans regret. On est sur un chef qui abat un travail monstrueux. Déjà il est plus près de la 2eme que la première. Mais surtout sa gestion du restaurant le base camp est vraiment au top, du petit déjeuner, au brunch et la demi pension du soir, ca fait du boulot. Le chef pâtissier a aussi une sacré carte car il arrive à faire des gâteaux différents chaque jour. Et on est sur un niveau très élevé ! Bref ça nous donne envie de revenir l'an prochain Petit bémol si vous avez des enfants, la piste pour arriver à l'hôtel n'est pas la plus simple ( niveau une étoile nécessaire) et comme la demi pension n'est pas en buffet ça peut géner un peu.

Une équipe qui allie gentillesse, efficacité, simplicité dans un hotel toujours aussi confortable et agréable à vivre le temps et la neige étaient incroyables, ca rajoute au bonheur ! les explorateurs en progrès ... , le spa toujours aussi pro ! merci à tous ( et surtout à Luca, Manon, Pauline, Jean mIchel , Eva, berangère etc ) qui rendent notre séjour si agreable chaque année On reviendra encore

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in when skiing, the hotel itself was top class with the staff from reception, porters, spa, bar and dining area very friendly, very professional and would at a drop of a hat do anything to make your experience better. We arrived at 11pm and they organised a meal for us which was very appreciated. The rooms were spacious and to a high standard. The hotels position was great, right on the piste and the ski lockers were top class - all in all I could fault anything on my stay and will be looking to return again in the future.

Sommes arrivés le vendredi 17 Janvier , accueillis par Dana et étant dans un état de santé précaire avec un traitement de chimiothérapie, celle-ci a été à mon écoute et d’une gentillesse qui font que vous avez envie de rester dans cet établissement, de plus la chambre était à la hauteur de mes exigences . Je voudrais remercier aussi Madame Yelizaveta pour la réservation par téléphone. Mes exigences pour la propreté et le nettoyage de la chambre ont été plus qu’exemplaire. Je remercie toute l’équipe de nettoyage pour le soin apporté dans la chambre. Un petit point quand même négatif, un soir nous avons eu une panne d’électricité dans la Chambre environ 2 heures et nous avons dû aller prendre une douche au spa , ce que je regrette c’est que personne de l’hôtel soit venu nous informer ,et aucun geste commercial pour le désagrément subit , nous parlons d’un 5 Etoiles . Pour clôturer je retournerai dans cet hôtel, car je suis bien mentalement dans cet établissement et encore un personnel très dévoué .
