Very old fashioned hotel, but everything was clean and bathroom looks relatively newly renovated. Good enough for a 1-2 night stay. No wifi on third floor

Le grand avantage de cet hôtel est sa proximité par rapport aux remparts de Saint Malo, à peu près 10 minutes à pied. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot et il y a un peu de bruit parce qu'une route fréquentée passe devant l'hôtel.

Cancelled our booking just on the day of travel without any prior warning. Then when we called them, they were only willing to re-book the same room for an inflated price. Of course we did not have too many choice when we were already on the road. They said it is because they couldn't charge my card. In reality, they didn't even try to charge anything at the time of booking, but saved the card details and tried to charge it at a later time without my consent. Obviously, this didn't go through because of the card security settings. Their payment method is completely insecure. Instead of doing a proper authorization, they just save your card details and then they can charge it at any time for any amount without the card owners' consent. If you booked with them, you should probably consider your card as stolen.

Hotel super bien placé et propre, un peu défraichi. Personnes à l'accueil et pour le petit déjeuner très accueillantes. De nombreux restaurants et la gare à 5 mn à pieds.

Comfortable 3 night stay.
Basic hotel in a town where hotels are expensive so reasonably happy with value for money. Ideal for train station and citadel only a 15 min walk away. I did not have breakfast or need parking. The staff are friendly enough though with limited English, and Housekeeping was very thorough. The wifi worked fine after an early glich that reception soon fixed. A kettle in the room would have made the stay even better but quite happy with choice.

Très bon séjour à Saint Malo
Hotel bien situé (5 minutes à pieds de la gare et à 20 minutes des remparts de Saint Malo), et bien entretenu.
De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont à proximité.
Chambre confortable et très propre.
Le personnel est sympathique et très accueillant.
