Very basic. Does the job but don’t expect any of the luxuries here. Most stuff seems clean. The reception staff are ok but not overly welcoming. If you come with low expectations you won’t be disappointed.

Very small room, extremely small bathroom, no view from the room, I found the whole experience a little underwhelming. Having said that, the young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful,,!!!

Mérite même pas d’étoile. Service de réservation mensonger , le prix de la chambre a été changé après réservation téléphonique , une ´responsable de service’ qui n’a voulu rien attendre , et s’est permise d’annuler la réservation car on lui a demandé des explications. «trop compliqué pour elle un client qui pose des questions ….. ‘ si vous n’êtes pas contents allez voir ailleurs ‘( c’était sa réponse) . On a fait en plus une réclamation sur le formulaire en ligne de l’hôtel , et la même responsable répondre en se moquant de la rédaction du texte , mais à aucun moment en s’excusant de ses réponses et du service . A FUIR SANS HÉSITER. BEAUCOUP D’AVIS DU MÊME GENRE SUR INTERNET NOUS ALERTE DE LA GESTION DE CET HOTEL .

Ménage dans la chambres approximatif : bouteilles vides et papiers sous le lit. Système douche cassé. Variations importantes de la température de l eau durant la douche. Personnel à l amabilité discutable. A noter le serveur plus expérimenté sait lui agréable et professionnel. Serveuse quant à elle ne maîtrisant pas les bases de la relation, manque de politesse. Visage fermé. Repas sans intérêt.

Ayant une offre box nous avons passé la nuit a l hôtel le transat en général l hôtel est propre mais vieillot vraiment la literie était bien rien a dire par contre il y avait une belle tâche d humidité au plafond ça ne devrait pas exister ce genre de chose ,petit déjeuner correct en bref nous ne reviendrons pas a éviter

Que dire! Cet établissement, de conception moderne, censé offrir un service irréprochable, n'a pas été à la hauteur des espèrances, pourtant revendiquées par le groupe. Le personnel à l'acceuil a été désagréable, le restaurant n'a pas put m'acceuillir et j'ai été promptement invité à aller diner ailleur, idem pour le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont agréables et disposent de tous les équipements. La salle de bain avec douche est elle aussi trés bien. Le petit déjeuner pris tôt, fut succint: pas de fromage, pas de jus d'orange, manque de tasse, bol, et autres ustensiles. Bref un établissement pas à la haiuteur des habitudes de la marque.
