I often stay in this hotel when in St Malo. It’s conveniently located, the rooms are clean and the staff friendly. Unfortunately it’s location can dictate a little noise from nearby night bars is unavoidable and rooms can be a little smaller then you’d expect for the price.

L'hôtel est propre et calme, alors qu'il est intramuros. Les chambres sont agréables et bien agencées. L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner en mode buffet est très complet et les produits sont bons. Un bémol cependant sur la salade de fruits qui est en boîte et non pas fraîche. Par contre, les oeufs brouillés sont parfaits.

Hotel qui cherche à remplir les chambres, c'est normal et commercial mais de là à proposer des chambre en disant que c'est une supérieur alors que c'est une standard ... De plus petit déjeuner mal gérer avec stock insuffisant, pas de pain...

La chambre était parfaite pour deux. La literie est confortable et la salle de bain moderne et propre. Nous avons été accueillie par une charmante dame pour le petit déjeuner qui a le soucis du service et que le client est tout ce dont il a besoin. Merci à elle :-) Une attention particulière serait à mener pour les hôtes d'accueil, qui, à mon arrivée, auraient pu me tenir la porte de l'entrée et de l'ascenseur... Au delà d'une attention, j'en avais vraiment besoin.

Excellent hôtel. Et respectueux de l'environnement. Ambiance douce et reposante. La chambre est calme et la propreté est au rendez-vous. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel pour une escapade inta muros de cette belle ville fortifiée.
