This was our first stay at Homewood Suites. We had a great experience. We have stayed at several hotels in the area in the past and this is our new favorite hotel. We loved having a separate bedroom and full size refrigerator. The pool was very nice and warm. Breakfast in the morning was also good. We liked being able to walk to shops, grocery, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel was full and we never heard any noise. We will definitely come back.

I was very disappointed. my room was not particularly clean when I moved in however it was very late and I assumed it would be cleaned the next day. I was there for a total of four days and the room never got cleaned once. I had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels and clean inserts for the ice bucket. Devin, at the front desk, was very nice & helpful. Location was great.

Only issue is the air/heating unit was extremely loud, beyond being just annoying. Otherwise hotel was clean, quiet and centrally located. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very good and helpful. Facility was clean and quiet. It is very close to shopping and a number of dining options. Special shout out to Leah.

Very nice hotel and it is located close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Best of all, they are all within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a hotel close to downtown Minneapolis or the vibrant West End, I would recommend Homewood Suites.

Beautiful property, however very close to neighboring apartment buildings, so there was no view. Very close to grocry stores, entertainment and eating establishments.

The gentleman who I checked in with was very polite and great attitude. Smile on his face and late at night let me in when I went out for a cigarette. Right away and opened security door for me. Wish I would of got his name cause he had excellent customer service. I had breakfast next morning and pretty good food, so I'd definitely stay there again.
