The hotel environment and service are quite average. I booked a room for one more day before, and it is still in the cancellation period. The hotel refused to adjust. There was only a small bottle of water in the room. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

The impression will depend on who will be at the reception. some workers are very nice, some are rude and arrogant. hotel stylish minimalism. lobby spacious and has a fireplace and beautiful bar. I like it. not the cleanest. on the floor in the room and in the corridors crumb. I love shower here. New beautiful gym. Some rooms have a microwave oven. Nearby many restaurants and Whole Foods. 5 minutes walk to bubble tea cafe

Suitable for a longer stay in the local area. There is a kitchen equipped with an induction cooker, refrigerator and simple tableware, similar to an apartment; but don't expect much from American hotel services. They are short of manpower and supplies. The quilt for the extra bed in the triple room has never been provided. There are quite a lot of guests staying here, mainly Americans, especially on weekends.

The location of the hotel is OK, but the service is not good. There was blood on the pillowcase when I first checked in. There was basically no cleaning service for 5 days. One day, the towels were not changed and the bed was not made.

The room is very clean and spacious. It is close to the University of Washington in St. Louis. This hotel ranks No. 1 on Ctrip's list of best-selling hotels near St. Louis. After checking in, it really lives up to its reputation!
