So we had no a/c. There was no mention of this upon check-in. Was later told the hotel was struck by lightning and the a/c compressor was operating at 50%. Hotel offered to switch our room out after the third call…at 11:30pm. Then they gave us a box fan as a fix. A box fan. Charged us $45 for valet parking and then moved my truck 10 feet into a spot. When we left it was raining….the valet didn’t even back my truck up under the covered area. Just stuck her hand out for a tip. Ordered a soda at the coffee bar. $8 for two 8oz sodas that were flat and watered down. I’m a Marriott platinum elite member. There was no “thank you” upon arrival. No offer to help with any of the issues we had other than the box fan. It is a beautiful building in a great location with extremely sub-par service and a MAJOR a/c issue during the heat of summer. I will not go back here. I was extremely disappointed with Marriott and from Le Meridien.

Family No only one wash cloth try to call desk phone rang for 3 minutes and then a hang up. Our room had a rug that was so curled up on the corner both of us tripped several times had to put something to hold down it was very dangerous, jarred back. Since it was New Year eve day restaurant was closed told there would be a continental breakfast in lounge however when I went down at 7:30 am stood at counter for 5 min before I had to ask for help and was informed they were trying to figure it out who would be working. Sink in bathroom not functioning properly. No one to help with baggage help for $45 parking. which was good . If you have formal dress or a long dress bag very limited space in closet, the have a dresser that takes up to much space.

Nice with a few small issues… Overall stay was cool. Room was clean (other than strands of hair stuck to the bathroom wall-I assume because a previous guest blow dried their hair. I had to clean them off). Some of the furniture had some obvious worn spots. Mini fridge wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Beds were super comfy and the decor was pretty. $45 valet parking Free scoop of gelato ice cream for kids. My biggest complaint was room service. No menus in the rooms. Was told later that because their hours had changed for room service, they just removed all menus because they were receiving complaints. Was told to come to the front desk and take a picture of the menus. Then, each time I attempted to call down for room service, no one would answer or the phone was dead (staff told me the cordless phone was dead) or the phone line was busy. For breakfast, we had to go downstairs and order, wait for the food to be ready, and then bring the food upstairs when we were told it would be delivered. Toilet paper and Kleenex in rooms is angel soft and so not very good quality. Valet staff and most of the front desk staff were very nice. There was one woman at the front desk that was super dry and never smiled.

Great stay for concert! STayed here before. Staff is always awesome with lots of smiles. Very convenient as we were there for KISS concert. Quick 10 minute walk to venue. I have 2 complaints - 1) bed is way too soft - just a preference thing, and 2) wish you had a market with snacks and bottle waters/sodas as bar was shut down after concert. Otherwise, stay was great!

Amazing staff! Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.

Save your money, go elsewhere Room was dirty. “Neighbors” were way to loud. They didn’t have ingredients to make half the things they offered. Parking is by valet $45 that they don’t tell you.
