Drury Plaza St. Louis at the Arch

We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location just a short walk to the Arch and Ballpark Village and Busch stadium. Never had a problem getting a quick Uber. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast.

We were in an Interrior room which was odd. No view of the outside. They switch systems and The AC only works when you are in the room. It would be 76 when we’d come back for the night and only get to 73 during sleep. The breakfast was real food and the location is right by the ballpark and arch. Security is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was our 1st stay in a Drury Hotel, and we left impressed at so many facets of their operation. This National Register of Historic Places property has the perfect location sitting across the street from the Gateway Arch and only a 1 1/2 blocks from Busch Stadium. Service was great starting with getting our car checked in to their garage at 10:30 am, on the day of a 1 pm Cardinal's game, though check in wasn't until 3. Our room was very nice and the 3 people we encountered during our stay at the front desk were all fantastic. That evening they had a full Mexican dinner buffet featuring tacos and other like foods as well as 3 drink tickets per person. The bar was attractive in the beautiful lobby/dining area, unfortunately it was only open during the dinner buffet. Then at breakfast they had a very nice buffet with a lot of options covering most of the bases. They have an indoor pool with an outside pool deck that had fantastic views of the city and the Gateway Arch only a block away. The garage was very manageable for an old property and the hotel area very safe. The common areas of the hotel are elegant and a water flowing lobby scene/display of Lewis and Clark charting their trip to the Northwest is very cool. The only thing lacking at the Drury was a bar that would have fit in perfect in their inviting classic lobby atmosphere.

The location was great, close to Busch Stadium & The Arch. The Savannah Bananas game was going on so everything was extremely busy. The staff handled everything with friendliness and promptness. The evening kickback and morning breakfast were both excellent. They add a lot of value to the overall experience

The best hotel ever! Everyone is super friendly! The rooms are super clean and the location is amazing! The free food & snacks they give is absolutely wonderful! I didn’t have one hiccup! The only hotel I’ll ever go to while I’m in St. Louis! I promise, you can’t go wrong with this hotel! It’s beautiful!
