Staff service attitude is very poor. After we checked out, they charged us two amounts from the bank card, but they didn't give us the bill details. We called to ask, and they said they would check before they get back to us. After three or four days, no one responded. It was hard to find someone to tell us that one of the expenses was for the restaurant. I said we didn't go to the restaurant at all, but asked ourselves to tell the restaurant manager. The fee was collected by Westin, and the restaurant is owned by Westin. If I have any problems, I should be asked to talk to their restaurant manager myself. This is simply evading responsibility and is unreasonable.

I have stayed in the Westin brand hotel with the worst service, not one of them. The room fee was deducted twice. There is no wardrobe for hanging clothes in the room. I booked a room with breakfast for two days, but only gave breakfast for one day...

Our stay was outstanding. I was coming into town with a huge Sprinter Van and full of expensive gear. It was game day. One reason I picked the hotel was due to being across the street from the stadium. We arrived when all the fans arrived for the game. I was so nervous. I called and received such warm vibes and assurance I'd be fine getting to the hotel. Our valet, Joel, was amazing. He helped us navigate a less busy area in order to unload the van and took the van so we could get checked in. The front desk was very kind in letting us stay in valet and keeping our gear checked behind the desk while we explored the city on foot. These might all be things that any hotel says they're going to do, but this Westin was genuine about their hospitality. They meant it and they did it. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff like Orlando and Elijah made us feel so welcome. They helped make us feel like we’re on vacation—above and beyond. The property is very nice and the location is incomparable, but it’s the staff who make you feel welcome. Staff like them really set the standard for service.

Fantastic service and we love being right across the street from the ballpark. Jael, Elijah, Brittany and Alvin took very good care of us as well as a young women in the Cafe who's name started with a "T" but was too long for me to remember. We will be back again. This was our second time staying with you and we were not disappointed.

The pillows were alright, but the bed was very comfortable. The room overall was very nice and appreciated the tub and shower. It was extremely concerned for a cardinals game.
