The art hotel is cool- the luggage when you walk in, the canvas' on the wall, the colorful rooms! The rooms are clean and the rooftop is beautiful! The restaurant is not good....they gave me my wrong dessert in my to go box. Mistakes happen, but I really wanted that carrot cake! Not cheesecake ha! They offered me carrot cake the next morning, but it was not needed as I was at a work conference and then going home. My breakfast that next morning was very disappointing. Avocado toast was just not good. Avocados were warm with a slimy feel, whole cherry tomatoes, and balsamic drizzled eggs. There were 0 guests in the restaurant during both of my experiences. Which I thought was odd. I enjoyed my overall stay, but would eat off site.

We wanted to try something “different” and this Hilton certainly fit the bill. Room was fine, except phones did not work. Also, body wash in shower was empty for our entire 4 night stay. Despite the body wash, the daily housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast in the Commonwealth was just terrible. Ordered two cappuccinos ($8 each) and they arrived lukewarm in a paper cup. Tasted like cold milk mixed with a bit of hot water. Also - server was really inattentive. Asked for a spoon to stir my coffee and the gal rolled her eyes. On two occasions we witnessed the front lobby staff consoling crying housekeepers. On another occasion, I asked a housekeeper a question and she totally ignored me - while continuing to have an animated conversation with herself. The night before we checked out I stopped by the main desk and asked for a copy of our folio. Gal refused….what? Upon checking out at 6 am the next morning, gal gave me a blank receipt for another person’s room. Asked for it again - with the correct name and room number, and the gal gave me attitude. The rooftop bar was outstanding with great service, good drinks and fantastic views. As a Hilton Forever Diamond member, I expect better service. This stay brought us up to 41 nights at a Hilton Hotels this year alone (today is June 7th). We have 30 more nights booked this year and are hoping for better experiences.

Great hotel! Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Construction on the street so a bit difficult to find the entrance but parking was convenient. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and the food was good. Would have been fun to have a night cap but everything shuts down at 11pm.

Our first stay at this hotel and it checked all the boxes. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Facility amenities were great, staff friendly, and the rooftop bar had amazing views of the city!
