08/08/2020: nous avons réservé 4 Chambres. 2 sont salles avec trace d d'escrement dans les wc. Disponibilité des chambres à 16h au lieu de 12h. Aucun geste de la part de la direction . Inacceptable pour un 4 étoile !!

I stayed there at my wife for one night. I am a member of the Accor loyalty program for years. This has to be the worst Novotel I have stayed in. The rooms were in such a bad state I would say the bathrooms have to be at least 20 years old. We spoke to the girl at reception and she took us to another room and that was worse. She told us that is the standard of this hotel. We picked the hotel for the location and a Novotel. There is an IBIS style close by Maybe I will try that next time. Such a same and at 120€ a real disappointment

Client des hôtels novotel jusque là ...jamais déçue..mais la je n ai pas compris . Hotel Bruyant cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. peinture de ma chambre rayée. 3 places handicapées 2 voiture sans badge handicapées garées complément en travers . Au déjeuner il ne demande même pas le numéro de la chambre. Déjeuner pas top à comparer a d autre ..Et le plus au moment du règlement l hôtesse ne m a même pas demandé si le séjour c est bien passé alors tous les autres novotels demandent . On reste 2 jours quand même. Vraiment déçue 😞. A l.invenir de retour sur Nice je vais éviter d y aller . Chambre 332

What an amazing hotel, location is just perfect shopping centre, bus stop and train station all within a few minutes away. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Free shuttle bus to and from airport train and tram station. Met every request we made , lovely and clean hotel. We will definitely be back ! Special mentions to Amelie and Thiery for their help and making our stay so memorable thank you !!!
