Centre de vacances au top pour se reposer, faire de merveilleuses randonnées et visites culturelles. Tout le personnel est attentionné. Chambre calme et douillette. Animations très variées ainsi que la restauration et le SPA très appréciables

Séjour d une nuit dans cet hôtel.Chambre très propre et suffisamment grande, personnel très sympa, petit déjeuner correct, piscine top.Tres proche du lac et de la poste cyclable. Point negatif: arrivée pas avant 17h.Je trouve ça trop tard.

Chambre premium sans clim Accueil froid on vous donne la clé puis débrouille toi Nous étions 8 en séjour pension complète sur la 1ere semaine de juillet Pas de réunion d'accueil Pas d'animation personnel froid et impersonnel Direction non présente On ne sait pas qui est qui Le grand sujet est quand-même l'alimentation On se croirait à l'hôpital Entrées carottes râpées céleri tomates Parfois 1 rosette de Lyon Les plats 1 viande 1 poisson Pas sauce légumes cuits à l'eau 1 féculent pas d'alternative Bref nous nous sommes payés 1 resto Dernière surprise et non des moindres nous pensions à tort que le vin a table était à discrétion donc gratuit Erreur facturation le dernier jour La directrice que je découvre pour la 1ère fois nous dit qu'il fallait lire le fascicule dans la chambre Voilà heureusement super temps et superbe région belle vue et belle piscine Établissement à fuir

Nous avons séjourné en groupe de 48 personnes (club cyclo) afin de fêter les 30 ans de notre club. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. L'endroit est magnifique et très bien situé. Tout a été fait afin que nous passions un agréable séjour. Les multiples attention et surprises ont été grandement appréciées. L'équipe est managée dans le soucis du client et un contact très sympathique est immédiatement créé. * Les plus de notre séjour : * La gentillesse du personnel et de la direction * Un local vélo mis à dispo * Un apéritif d'accueil et des repas excellents (nous étions en pension complète). La formule buffet a séduit tant pas le choix que l'accessibilité. * La flexibilité des horaires * Les activités en soirée * Un gâteau réalisé pour les 30 ans du club * Des logements confortables et calmes * Des services complémentaires : sauna-hammam, massage, conseils randos.... * Un rapport qualité / prix très très correct * Un bar avec un tarif adapté et une facturation individuelle très efficace. N'hésitez pas à contacter la direction afin de vous faire aider à établir votre programme d'activités/visites En conclusion.... un endroit génial pour des séjours en groupe dans une région magnifique.

Super séjour, cadre magnifique, personnel à l'écoute , la direction au top, les chambres super et la piscine qand il fait 30° rien de mieux, Je vous le recommande vivement nous étions un groupe de 26 marcheurs et à l'unanimité cet établissement mérite la meilleure note .

We stayed for one night to make use of the spa and outdoor pool, only to find that the outdoor pool was closed and the spa was reserved for another group all day until 8pm at night. I don't think many people would book a stay at a spa hotel if they were unable to use the spa. We did use it after 8pm but this felt like something of an inconvenience to the staff that were hosting another party at the bar. All in all, we felt a bit like second class citizens while other guests took priority.
