We had a one night stay on our way back from the US. The hotel is in a good location, close to many decent places to eat and close to the highway. The room was quite large and clean with a desk and easy chair plus a window that opens! Breakfast was good with hot and cold options plus you can access the coffee machine for some specialty drinks up to 10pm.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights during a recent trip to the East coast. This hotel was priced attractively. The accommodations were new and sparkling clean. We had a king suite. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. TV, cable and internet. There was a breakfast included in our rate and the food was exceptional. Bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, pancakes, coffee, teas and yogurt. All served buffet style. This location has a fabulous indoor pool, which I took advantage of a few times. This location is also 6-10 minutes from downtown St John. Big thank you to Brandi and Joe, who made our stay memorable. Cheers!

This is a very clean hotel, and the front desk staff were friendly and customer service oriented. The breakfast was good and the serving staff were so nice. However, the rooms need some updating. We stayed here at the beginning of our road trip and might have stayed here again on our way home. (We drove from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Bangor Maine on our way home instead of stopping in St. John.)

Nous avons eu beaucoup de mauvaises expériences dans le passé avec les Best Western Plus. Celui-ci fait exception à la règle. Très propre, tranquille et personel courtois. Hôtel bien rénové avec des planchers en vinyle au lieu d'un tapis sale. Les deux seules choses déplaisantes selon nos goûts personnels sont la petitesse de la chambre et les matelas sont durs comme du béton. Mais ceci n'affecte en rien la bonne tenue de cette endroit.

My husband and I were traveling on our bike to the Maritime provinces for the first time. Very clean and comfortable room, super comfortable bed! close to shopping. Bar fridge has a freezer for our cooler packs. Nice pool and gym. Really great breakfast

Excellent Hotel. No issues at all. Staff very friendly/room very clean and modern/breakfast is great. Facilities are great and so is location. Stayed for 3 nights in June in a large king room suite and price was very good. Will definitely return.

Stayed there for 1 night last week. Rooms seems old, the bath tap was leaking throughput the stay but didn’t trouble me much so I won’t complain. Rest stay was okay. Breakfast was good and service was nice. Plenty of Self Parking is available.

We were unaware the hotel is under exterior renovation but it was raining when we were there so there was no work going on. Good thing, because our room had scaffolding right outside the window. We had a lovely mini-suite. The room was clean and the hotel has a very nice well-maintained pool. Excellent staff.

The manager here was SO nice and helpful when my reservation through ******* got messed up. He took the time to listen and went above and beyond to fix it, that is exceptional customer service. He called ******* himself to arrange a booking gone wrong (when ******* had been less than helpful to me). Very grateful he saved my son’s first sport tournament fun trip! Thank you James!
