城景房是這樣的，客房一共三層，基本沒景觀。停車單收費，21刀。早上八點不到就來敲門搞衞生。唯一認可的是，床比較舒適。

海港景房間，正面是商業區，轉一下頭可以看到港灣，晚上遇到郵輪出港，可以觀賞到他掉頭。酒店在商業街上，周邊都是老建築，可以花半天時間city walk，郵輪停靠的碼頭有小市集，各處塗鴉很有意思。酒店服務人員都很n好，我們是自駕出行，禮兵部Eric協助我們停車、放行李、介紹周邊美食。他們提供免費代客泊車，出發前，我們把行李先寄存前台，然後去溜達了一圈，回來後，酒店人員已經把車停到酒店門口，行李放上車，太貼心了。酒店早餐在商場裏的MIX,就是普通自助餐，比一般酒店多了鮮切水果。

Great location,downtown Saint John. Rooms were clean. Staff were exceptional! The hotel check in was concise,informative and maritime friendly. Pool and hot tub were great,with long hours so we were able to enjoy after visiting family in the area. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Saint John

We weren’t really sure what to expect from the up and down reviews we read but our experience was great! Yes the parking situation sounded complicated, in another area from the hotel, however based on those comments we decided it was worth it (+$10) to have it parked by valet! Desk staff and the valet guy especially were friendly. Once we got to our room, #374, it was better than we expected, again based off reviews we had read. Yes it could use an update and refresher BUT our room was clean and had comfortable bed & pillows. The hot breakfast buffet was good and you could also order fried eggs vs the scrambled on the buffet. Its proximity to walk around where there are so many restaurants to choose from is what sold us on selecting to stay here in the first place. We are happy to say we thought it was a great experience!

Worst Marriott Stay Ever Confusing to find our room and parking. Bathroom had body hair in the tub and on the floor, sink was broken, and pillowcase smelled like men’s cologne. Outdated, cracked fixtures and overall poor cleanliness. Booked 4 nights but left after 1. As longtime Marriott members, this was an unacceptable experience.

I had to use a hotel because my husband had heart surgery. I checked in late, of course dismayed. Got up early to shower and get back to the hospital. Unfortunately I forgot my Arbonne skin care and when I realized it I called the hotel to see if they had it. After two days, they said they didn’t, they are thieves and liars. Don’t go there
