Hotel was paid for at the time it was pre-booked online but that doesn't show when checking in, says it hasn't been paid for. So I paid for it again after being told when I find email proof of previous purchase I can send that to the main email and I'll get a refund. So I email in my proof of purchase (within 10 minutes) and of course no one in accounting is onsite so I can't be issued a refund until it can be sent to accounting tomorrow. I'm here for one day, and front desk can't process a refund on a room I've paid for twice?
Second issue: I chose this hotel based on the photos of the pool compared to the Quality Inn. Arrived and checked in only to find out the pool and gym have been closed for maintenance for awhile. Learned this while standing in my bathing suit at the front desk.
I've been mislead about available services and had to pay for my room twice and they aren't even able to offer a refund without it being a process hassle through accounting at a different time.

Comfortable room, with carpet-free floor. Efficient heating system.
The bathroom counter is however very small. Also, the very thin tissues (kleenex) are only available in the bathroom.

Stayed here on the way to the Granby Zoo. Nicely updated hotel with spacious and modern rooms. Bathroom is modern, with a smallish vanity, and a massive shower. The breakfast service was great. Food was delicious with generous portions. Service from staff was terrific throughout the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are in Need to be upgraded But It’s clean and quiet Beds are comfortable Wi-if is great Parking is spacious Restaurant on site is wonderful Breakfast is excellent Staff is great Hôtel is walking distance to many restaurants and the canal and bike path. FYI : Immigration Canada is on site, So that was a surprise seeing security at the front door in the lobby and on floor 3-4-5 with immigrants staying there.
