Résa d'un appartement 3 couchages (2 chambres avec lit double + 1 convertible 2 personnes), sdb, cuisine-salon. Petit hôtel situé dans un quartier résidentiel vous garantissant, outre un très bon accueil, un séjour au calme de jour comme de nuit. Ses points forts : hygiène des lieux irréprochable, literie haut de gamme vous assurant un sommeil durable et réparateur, localisation proche de la mer. Niveau aménagement intérieur, la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire pour préparer et prendre ses repas sur place (frigo, plaques, micro-ondes, couverts...). Une machine à café Magimix/Nespresso est à disposition (un + totalement indispensable). L'appartement semble avoir fait l'objet d'une rénovation encore récente (revêtement sol, cuisine, literie, sdb...). La douche à l'italienne est vaste ce qui est très appréciable quand on est grand et/ou corpulent. Une piscine avec des transats est à disposition des clients dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Stationnement aisé devant ou à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. De très grandes et très belles plages à proximité (ne pas hésiter à s'éloigner des plages les plus fréquentées, face aux immeubles résidentiels, pour profiter des plus beaux spots au niveau des dunes). Je recommande sans aucune hésitation Casita Del Mar.

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est propre, literie confortable. Transat, piscine impeccable et silencieux pour se poser. Le petit déjeuner copieux, très bon. Proche du bord de mer, et du centre ville Merci Caroline pour votre accueil.

Appart hôtel agréable, bien situé, bien équipé, literie confortable, propre. Nous aurions apprécié un petit tancarville pour étendre les serviettes de plage et de pouvoir aérer la salle de bain (appartement La sombra), sinon rien à redire ! Notre fille a adoré la petite piscine.

L’accueil est chaleureux. L’hôtel est au cœur de la forêt belle situation géographique. A proximité des commerces et de la plage. Les chambres sont magnifiques très bien aménagées et la propreté est de rigueur . Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés. 😊

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit hôtel familial, très bien situé, au calme puisque tout à côté de la forêt, dans un quartier préservé de St Jean de Mont. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très professionnel, les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses et la literie y est très confortable. Nous avons apprécié le principe d'appart'hôtel, avec la possibilité de nous installer dans le patio pour les repas. Je recommande cet établissement, que ça soit pour un séjour en couple ou en famille.

Our family of 4 stayed at this lovely hotel in August on route back to Roscoff from the South of France. We had booked the 2 room family space and we were not disappointed. The rooms were huge, clean and well equipped. The decor was very stylish. The staff are super friendly and it is well located about 10 min walk to the main area of the resort. We enjoyed a great evening out and ended up listening to a band on the beach. The hotel has a small pool great to cool off in although the beach here is the prize draw. Recommend and would definitely stay again. Parking easy right outside and free, wi-fi again free and superfast

Très bon accueil, la propriétaire est extrement sympathique et facilitante. L'appartement était dans un état irréprochable, parfaitement tenu et avec toute les comodités. De plus l'hotel ne se trouve qu'à 10 minutes à pieds du bord de mer. Je recommande vivement se petit coin de bonheur.
