Je remercie tout le personnel de l'hôtel pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. L'hôtel est très bien situé et offre de très belles prestations. Je recommande et reviendrai sans hésitation. De petits détails méritent d'être signalés dans un soucis d'amélioration: la tenue de la salle de bain pourrait être revue (tache d'humidité au plafond, couche de poussière et élastique à cheveux oublié d'un précédent voyageur entre la paroi de la baignoire et le meuble vasque, 1 seul drap de bain pour 2), ainsi que celle des communs (poussière, absence de papier toilette dans les WC du restaurant, terre et feuille dans le couloir menant aux chambres non aspirée durant 48h). Dommage également de trouver un buffet du petit déjeuner assez dégarni à 10h du matin (alors qu'il ferme à 10h30), et de devoir courir après le personnel débordé pour passer commande de la boisson chaude et pour avoir de la vaisselle (bol, verre).

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel emblématique de la côte basque. Un accueil et un sens du service exceptionnels de l’ensemble du personnel. Emplacement idéal et vue incroyable! Je recommande également le restaurant et notamment le poulpe ;) Merci à Sylvia pour son accueil de choix à notre arrivée!

Toujours un très bel hôtel, accueil, service super. Superbe emplacement et agréable espace aquatique. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, produits de qualité et variés. Le bar est intimiste et les cocktails très bon. A refaire sans hésiter

Emplacement de rêve sur la plage (malheureusement trop souvent fermée après les pluies en raison de la pollution). Personnel de tous les secteurs compétent, disponible et sympathique.Chambres spacieuses avec une literie parfaite et bien insonorisées. Ne pas rater le buffet petit déjeuner divin. Le spa est magnifique avec un petit bémol quant à l’exiguïté de l’espace sauna et hammam. La salle de sport est également d’une surface limitée. Hôtel à conseiller sans hésitation, nous reviendrons.
