Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la grande chambre, la qualité, la présentation, l'originalité et le service des repas. La gentillesse et la simplicité du chef sont également des éléments rares aujourd'hui. Un établissement où nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Chambre spacieuse avec un mélange de mobilier design et ancien. Pas toujours bien accordé. Nous n’avons pas mangé au restaurant mais juste pris le petite déjeuner qui est copieux avec des produits quasiment tous locaux. Personnel de service. Pas vu de piscine

Cet hôtel peut sans doute époustoufler ceux qui n'ont pas trop l'habitude de séjourner dans des établissements classieux, mais grâce à nos nombreux séjours chez leurs confrères et concurrents, nous estimons pouvoir nous permettre d'apporter de gros bémols. Réservation compliquée : un 1er tel. non pris en compte, un 2eme suivi d'un échange de mails pas convaincant, pas de message de leur part avant notre arrivée = suivi et communication pas au top. A la réception, on nous remet la clé avec indication de l'itinéraire dans les dédales de l'hôtel et debrouillez-vous. Ça serait donc bien de retirer le logo des Châteaux & Hotels (chaine qui n'existe plus), et de toute façon, même dans un "que" 3*** sympa, on nous accompagne à la chambre. Un produit d'entretien trainait sur la chaise à notre arrivée. Wifi ne fonctionnant pas et malgré notre demande à la patronne, personne ne s'en est occupé, on a passé notre séjour à sortir dans le couloir pour être connectés ! Quel service... Petit déjeuner : que du sucré pour un prix salé ! Jus de pomme + compote de pommes (incomprehensible ce manque de diversité), pas moyen d'avoir une orange pressée en plein hiver pour remplacer le jus de pomme ni une salade de fruits frais pour remplacer la compote, 2 yaourts (pas le choix des parfums), confiture. Brioche. Juste un oeuf pour se départir de tout ce sucré car la mini-lamelle de beurre ne suffit pas à tartiner le pain qui lui est en quantité mais on se demande donc bien avec quoi le manger ! Patrons absents à notre départ, nous n'avons pas pu leur faire part de notre déception. Avons envoyé un mail à notre retour. Aucune réponse de leur part. C'est pourquoi nous nous permettons de poster cet avis négatif.

Quoique situé à l'écart du centre, l'hôtel est très plaisant et son personnel absolument charmant. Excellent séjour. On rêverait néanmoins qu'une telle qualité se trouve dans un bâtiment plus traditionnel, qui lui serait un véritable écrin.

We had an overnight stop in this charming hotel on our way to the Alps. A friendly welcome at the reception, and we were shown our room, which was quite small for 4, but we did not really need more. The kids bed was an ingenious bunk bed extracted from a sofa. As we did not book the restaurant, we were told it was full, and we were proposed ham and cheese platters. The kids preferred going to a nearby restaurant. While going back down to leave, we stumbled across the Chef, and we had a pleasant chat with him. He convinced us effortlessly to have the platters, and we were seated at a terrace near the pool. The dinner was really nice, and it was truly the first evening of the holidays. And again the Chef paid us a visit, not only for the traditional 'Is everything all right?', but to chat. The next morning we had a served breakfast, which was excellent. I give this hotel only a 4* rating, as the rooms could be a bit larger, and while booking (directly with them), I really had trouble getting in touch, be it by e-mail or afterwards by phone. Overall, a very good impression, good location, friendly staff, good food - we will be back at the next opportunity.

Très belle établissement personnel sérieux agréable et souriante très bien accueilli et très confortable je recommande les yeux fermés l hotel la salle de restaurant et les extérieur sont tous très joli pour passer un moment détente parfait
