The hotel is well located: a few minutes by car from the Saint-Hyacinthe train station and along Highway 20. The hotel shares parking with several restaurants and businesses. It is a five-minute drive from a large shopping center and about ten minutes from Salines Park which contains a snow tube slide and cross-country ski trails.
The Holiday Inn Express has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The pool has a good temperature but could do with some renovations.
There is no restaurant on site but a hot buffet is offered for lunch. It was constantly full and the food was good and varied. Overall, the staff is friendly and attentive to customers.
Our room was located on the highway side. It was super noisy, we were woken up by the sound of trucks going by at full speed. Also, our room lacked hot water. When we contacted the reception staff, they moved us to another room.
We had a lovely stay.

Very nice establishment, clean, large, well-appointed room. The staff is very courteous, very helpful. We were even given a bag of treats for our dog. All dogs are accepted and well treated. The included breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice of cold or hot food. Very good. I would come back without hesitating.

Du bruit et encore du bruit toute la nuit chambre mal insonorisé, nous avons entendus les camions sur l’autoroute toute la nuit. Le lendemain à notre départ nous avons signaler notre désagrément et l’employé nous dit: vous auriez dû réserver le côté soft de l’hôtel. Depuis quand un hôtel à un côté soft et un côté bruyant. De l’abus de confiance envers la clientèle cet hôtel ne mérite pas que les gens réserve pour y vivre une nuit infernal. Ils méritent de fermer et de rénover l’insonorisation des chambres.
