For a professional trip of 5 nights (from 30/10 to 04/11), I booked two rooms on 23/10 at 18:30 by phone, the announced price was for two rooms at 412€50, finding this very interesting price I passed a call at 19:00 to confirm The conditions that the person confirmed me well. My stay once finished I pass to the host the person tells me that she doesn't find the second room in her software and that she must look for more. She tells me the double in charge, explaining the situation she tells me that a trainee has already made this mistake and she would come with to not make this mistake again but she will still debit my account for the double of the announced price. I find it unhellable, because if I had been announced this price from the beginning, I might not have booked especially that other hotels are in the sector with better services. With regard to the rooms it is not exceptional, with a real defect of isolation, one of the rooms had even a heating problem ... Shortly very disappointed of this stay and treatment.

Une nuit au Best Western Hôtel Atlantys Zenith Nantes après être allée voir un concert. L'hôtel est à 5 min à pieds du Zénith, des places de parking, une chambre d'une propreté irréprochable (je me suis même demandée si cette chambre avait déjà été occupée tellement c'était nickel !) , la literie au top, hôtel très calme, très bon choix pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, une attention particulière pour la réduction des déchets et l'environnement, et, pour finir, le personnel est très accueillant ! Une très bonne nuit après un très bon concert :) Je recommande vivement !

This was my first time travelling solo and I am so glad I chose this hotel! I felt so safe and all the staff were welcoming and understanding of the little French I speak, no issues with them when I spoke English! As I was previously worried this would come across as rude of me but they made me feel so welcome. The bus stops right outside the hotel so transport is great! I recommend getting the Nantes pass for anyone planning on using the transport or activities often. The room was clean and spacious, and I have to say the bathrooms are so nice! Provided with shampoo, soap and body wash. As well as complimentary tea and coffee. I really enjoyed the vast choice of food at breakfast, and on my last night I treated myself to the food. It was delicious. I was quite full and the staff gave me my dessert to take up to my room so I didn’t miss out Thank you so much for making this a great experience for me. Your staff are such a value to the hotel and I couldn’t be happier!

We wanted a solution to a late arriival in Nante and this location was ideal. Iit was a pleasant surprise to find such a roomy pleasant room that was comfortable and quiet. In addition the staff were friendly and welcoming and immediately helped us relax.

Le meilleur hôtel de Nantes pour moi car très bien placé à côté du zénith et de la zone commerciale Atlantis. Les chambres sont toujours très propres et bien insonorisées. L’accueil est très sympa et le service est irréprochable. Petit dej très varié et copieux. Je peux recharger ma voiture électrique sur le parking. Je ne me pose même plus la question de savoir où je vais dormir à Nantes. Je recommande vivement
