Ich war pünktlich beim Check-in um 15 Uhr. Die Mitarbeiterin musste aber erst durch alle Etagen laufen, um ein fertiges Zimmer zu finden. Auf meiner Etage musste ich mit meinem Koffer über Säcke mit Wäsche, Müllbeutel und Staubsauger steigen, da die Reinigung noch lief.
Das Zimmer war groß und hatte genug Ablagen, war aber nicht mehr ganz frisch. Viele Macken an den Wänden und Fußleisten, dreckige Gardine, das Silikon im Bad war schmutzig. Es gibt nur 1 Steckdose am Bett. Die Dusche hat zu wenig Wasserdruck und die Temperatur änderte sich ständig.
Beim Check-out sollte ich nochmal bezahlen, da die Zahlung angeblich nicht funktioniert hatte. Dabei hat ******* das Geld schon vor Wochen abgebucht, das Hotel hat mit der Zahlung also nichts zu tun. Leider endete das in einer Diskussion mit der Mitarbeiterin.
Das Frühstück was erstklassig und der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kümmerte sich gut um alles.
Kostenloser und abgeschlossener Parkplatz.
Abends roch es auf dem Flur komisch, ich möchte nicht wissen, was in den anderen Zimmern geraucht wurde. Rauchmelder gibt es nicht.
Fazit: Seltsames Hotel, war kein Aufenthalt, der in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

hotel très bien situé , chambre confortable et très propre , petit déjeuner suffisamment garni , accueil au top ( en particulier LOUISE et MARIE ) Station de tram a 5 mn pour aller au centre de NANTES( 25 mn de trajet) Plusieurs restaurant à proximité et parking gardé bref a recommander sans hésitation
