It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

The whole experience at the hotel was great. The staff were excellent, the rooms are clean serviced daily and the facilities are great. The food choices and quality first class. Transport around the island was outside the front door. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful hotel, everywhere was extremely clean. The room was perfect and so comfortable and serviced every day. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and there was plenty to choose from with new menu’s every night. The breakfast was buffet style and the choices were full English or continental. I don’t usually have breakfast at home but indulged every morning with the full English and it was always hot and delicious. We would love to go back to Jersey and stay at the Monterey Hotel in the near future. We went with Robert’s tours from Coalville Leicestershire and would definitely go with them again they’re brilliant.

Stayed many times at this great hotel. From the moment you check in, you are greeted with courtesy and this remains throughout your stay. Nothing is too much trouble and the freshly prepared breakfast buffet is stocked with quality produce. We tend to book B&B, but eat in the restaurant on some occasions, and it is very good value. Thank you for another great relaxing holiday.

Just spent four nights at The Monterey Hotel and it is absolutely lovely. We received a warm welcome on arrival to be told we would have a room upgrade. The rooms themselves were very well presented with good and comfortable furnishings with plenty of space with a pleasant view over the pool and beyond. We chose Bed & Breakfast as we wanted to tour around. The breakfast was fantastic with a nice choice of hot and cold food, all fresh. The service was excellent throughout. Everything in the hotel seemed well looked after and very clean. The leisure club has both an indoor and outdoor pool alongside a handy sized gym with fresh towels. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of St. Helier through the millennium park. Good choice of bars and restaurants to hand with easy access to tour the island. Would highly recommend The Monterey for a visit.

Such a lovely hotel , very very clean . Staff are all amazing , looked after so well . Food is great , top quality food . Outdoor pool , indoor gym hot tub & pool it’s so lovely & very clean & tidy . They have towels for pools & gym . There is a few things no air conditioning, but supply fans . Hand rails need to be put in shower for older people.

The Monteray has very comfortable beds and is extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and hardworking and can't do enough for you. The buffet breakfast has a good choice and you can also order items from the kitchen. The evening meal menu is impressive and the food is excellent. The bus stop to town and to some other parts of the island is right outside. You can easily walk into town from the hotel. The only downside for us personally was there wasn't a shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom. We could put them at the end of the bath but the towel rail is above this and towels kept knocking things over. A corner shelf near wash basin would have solved this.

Hotel was first class, comfortable and clean… food extremely good… but for us what made our time there was the reception and restaurant staff…they couldn’t do enough for you, extremely pleasant and hard working…
