DO NOT STAY HERE - their head receptionist Maxime is one of the rudest people you will ever come across. I have never left a bad review ever before but genuinely couldn’t believe her attitude and think it was due to us being English. She couldn’t have looked down her nose anymore.

Dans ce très bel hôtel, lumineux et confortable, un très bon séjour : grande douche à l'italienne, WC séparé, bonne literie, excellent buffet de petit-déjeuner, servi jusqu'à 10h30 le week-end.

Cette hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, du fait de chambres viellissantes et d'un personnel pas toujours agréable.
Néanmoins, le site est calme et la literie confortable.

J’ai récemment vécu une mauvaise expérience avec cet hôtel. Ayant réservé deux chambres en même temps, j’ai dû annuler ma réservation dans les délais impartis. Cependant, sans le savoir, ma réservation unique avait généré deux numéros distincts. Pensant avoir annulé l’ensemble de ma réservation, je n’ai en réalité annulé qu’une seule chambre. Résultat : l’hôtel m’a facturé une nuit pour la seconde chambre. J’ai contacté la direction pour expliquer la situation de bonne foi et demander un geste commercial, mais j’ai reçu une réponse brève et négative. La seule justification donnée était que l’hôtel était complet ce soir-là… un lundi soir, sans événement particulier à Rennes, ce qui me laisse perplexe. Étant un client fidèle de cet hôtel et du groupe Oceania en général, je suis très déçu du manque de compréhension et de considération. Une simple attention commerciale aurait suffi à éviter cette déception. Malheureusement, je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de revenir.
