Très bien accueilli, mais des petits soucis d'hygiène, nous étions envahis de blattes énormes, bon visiblement il n'y a que notre chambre, alors que nous n'avions pas utilisé la cuisine.

Parfait!
Tout était top! Le personnel est rayonnant, l’établissement est beau, propre et surtout idéalement bien placé! Si proche de la plage et si proche d’un commerce de proximité, parfait! C’est très accessible en voiture et les possibilités de visiter les alentours sont nombreuses.

Pour la 3e fois, 3 nuits passées dans cet endroit très agreable en même temps familial, pratique, accessible ( car) et très bien situé par rapport à la plage, au mail de l'Hermitage, à St Gilles même. Un lieu chaleureux grâce à l'accueil, le sourire, l'entraide des professionnels, grâce à l'aménagement soigné et à la décoration élégante. Nous reviendrons! Bravo !

Tout était parfait. Les chambres sont propres, le ménage est fait très régulièrement, rien à dire. L'équipe est super (disponible, souriante et très agréable). La rue qui longe l'hôtel peut être bruyante mais c'est la situation qui veut cela. On ne peut pas être en ville où tout est accessible (mer, magasins alimentaires, marché le dimanche matin) et être au calme. La cuisine est simple et si on souhaite avoir un grille pain par exemple, c'est à demander à l'accueil. Le parking est très pratique. Cela fait deux fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours ravis. Merci encore à toute l'équipe.

L'emplacement est parfait et le personnel agréable. Nous étions dans une chambre duplex superieure. La literie était creuse et sale. Il était impossible de dormir sans rouler. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais cela a été refusé, des personnes sont venues mettre une planche sous notre matelas. Nous restions 2 semaines et ces 2 semaines ont été difficiles côté sommeil. Tout cela a gâché notre séjour, nous aurions voulu partir et être remboursés, mais nous avions payé à l'avance. L'emplacement est central près des bons commerces et marché et à côté d'une plage avec un courant. Nous n'avons obtenu aucun dédommagement pour notre literie dégoutante et usée.
