The hotel is located not far from the Royal Palace right from a shopping street with trams. When I arrived there was only self service check in although there is a reception hidden at the back. No AMEX card was accepted only visa, Mastercard or European bank card which made paying harder than required. The room was clean but small and there was not even a cup or kettle in the room. Also no tv just one bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom has small shower and the floor seemed to be some sort of plastic cover. The light switch also switched off all power so in the morning my phone was not charged, I did notice later that there were in fact two buttons but as the are black it was hard to see. There is a seating area but as it was on the top floor the roof takes most space. On checking out I was told that there is a central kitchen area below stairs where you can get a cup or use the microwave but as there was nobody with check in I didn't find out. Price was reasonable for Brussels and it was close to my client it was satisfactory.

Clean was the first impression. Location is satisfactory. Service was good and friendly when I checked in late and the machine didn't work for me . The room were clean, simple, solid.

Centrally located good neighborhood , comfortable mattress, nice walk-in shower, easy self checking checkout, luggage room. The only negative point was the extreme noise. I could hear from my room (2nd floor) all the noise from the street cars, tram, walking people all the night. That ruined the perfect staying that we could have.

No hot water. Our room has no Internet connection. The AC is very noisy sometimes. Although locations is good, we had bad experience overall.

Was good

Because hotels around the electronic music festival have a lot of premiums, this is the most cost-effective hotel nearby. The room is new, and there are no reviews online. It is considered a blind box, and I was afraid of making mistakes. The result is much better than expected, and the price/performance ratio is excellent. I arrived at the hotel early. I couldn't get up early. They said it had to be at 3 o'clock, so I had breakfast on the first floor of the hotel. It cost 9 euros and the taste was okay. Later, I went out for a walk, and when I came back here, I checked in at around 2 o'clock. There is a 24-hour Carrefour next to it, which is very convenient. I brought two packs of instant noodles from China, but I was worried that there would be no containers. It turns out there is a lounge on the -1st floor of the hotel, including a microwave, hot water and coffee machine, which is very convenient. You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out
