The room is not big, but it is enough for traveling alone. The hygiene is very good. There is a water bar on the basement floor where you can get hot water. If you need anything, you can go to the staff room on the first floor to ask for help. For example, I asked the staff to help me open a beer. Haha. By the way, you can go to the nearby Carrefour to buy beer. The berry beer is really delicious and not too strong.

It's a little far from the city center, but the subway station is about a 5-minute walk away, so it wasn't inconvenient. There is a room where you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is very convenient. The room was a little dark, but it was clean and nice.

Centrally located good neighborhood , comfortable mattress, nice walk-in shower, easy self checking checkout, luggage room.
The only negative point was the extreme noise. I could hear from my room (2nd floor) all the noise from the street cars, tram, walking people all the night. That ruined the perfect staying that we could have.

The hotel is located not far from the Royal Palace right from a shopping street with trams. When I arrived there was only self service check in although there is a reception hidden at the back.
No AMEX card was accepted only visa, Mastercard or European bank card which made paying harder than required.
The room was clean but small and there was not even a cup or kettle in the room. Also no tv just one bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom has small shower and the floor seemed to be some sort of plastic cover.
The light switch also switched off all power so in the morning my phone was not charged, I did notice later that there were in fact two buttons but as the are black it was hard to see. There is a seating area but as it was on the top floor the roof takes most space.
On checking out I was told that there is a central kitchen area below stairs where you can get a cup or use the microwave but as there was nobody with check in I didn't find out.
Price was reasonable for Brussels and it was close to my client it was satisfactory.
