We LOVED our stay at Coeur des Neiges. The hotel is very comfortable, with a great location right in the centre of St Gervais. The free underground town car park is just a couple of minutes walk away, and the hotel is right next door to Le Galeta restaurant where we had dinner 2 nights, as it was so delicious the first night. Sebastien could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the hotel is spotlessly clean.

Comfortable, small hotel in a quiet but central location. Easy walk to ski lift. Clean rooms, though a bit warm when we went (3 sunny end of season ski days). Beds large and comfortable. Breakfast was ample, scrambled eggs were delicious and bread and pastries fresh. Limited choice for vegans but cereal and bread and brought my own milk. Sebastián was a welcoming host and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Nice touch of cold meats with our beers in evening - delicious. All agreed we will be back

Quaint, quiet, and quirky
Kind staff. Hotel should advise that there is no elevator for those with mobility issues. Notification ahead of time regarding parking would also be helpful.
