The front desk service level is very inconsistent and it looks like they are not well trained.

Good facility. Clean with good staff. Disappointed regarding having to pay an additional Facility Fee, also a Cleaning Fee? I’m surprised these weren’t included with the original invoice. This approach make comparison shipping difficult.
