Hôtel Flor

Renovated hotel (but motel-like) room which was equipped (fridge, air-con, safe) but a bit cramped. Bathroom is commendable especially with the towel warmer that saves washing and the environment. Hairdryer is however difficult to use as pressure needs to be constantly applied in order for it to work. Very good internet, location at center of town with good parking facility, plus very pleasant reception staff also make this a pleasant stay overall. However, I would really want the cleaning staff to respect the checkout time at 11am and not to disturb us (and even opening the door by key when the "do not disturb" sign is displayed) half an hour earlier, and one of them even gave us a bad look when we opened the door at 11am and immediately dashed into the room without even saying hello.

A nice surprise We really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms were nice and the hotel was centrally located. The hotel has a link you receive that lists local restaurants,etc. They also have parking which is a huge plus. The owner, Maxim, was very nice and helpful. The town itself is a very nice place to stop for a couole days.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a very pleasant visit and we would definitely stay at Hotel Flor again !

Good quality hotel in the heart of Saint Florent The hotel is just off the main main road through Saint Florent and 1 minute from the town square and harbour. A great place to stay for a relaxing for few days and the opportunity to visit U Lodo with Popeye! Pleasantly surprised by the quality upgrade and facilities at this hotel (formerly Hotel Maxim). Room was comfortable and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Free on-site parking was much appreciated. Would recommend and return. Only downside was the lack of a lift, but as it's only 2 floors high this was a minor inconvenience with luggage.
