J’ai eu la chance d’expérimenter le forfait Santé Vitalité avec 3 nuits, 9 repas et 7 soins. Tout a été impeccable. Ma chambre était super bien insonorisée et très propre. La nourriture au restaurant était excellente en format buffet le matin et le midi et encore plus en souper 5 services! Une vraie expérience gastronomique! Les soins reçus ont été d’une grande qualité. Le service dans tout l’établissement était juste wow. Et que dire de l’emplacement de l’hôtel et des bains nordiques sur le bord du lac, tout simplement magnifique! J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les différentes activités offertes sur place (balade en ponton, kayak, pédalo, sentiers, balançoires). Je recommande fortement le Manoir du Lac William à toute personne qui veut une expérience calme, de qualité dans un cadre enchanteur.

C'est la 4e fois que nous allons chez vous et ce n'est pas la dernière, on adore cette place, balade en ponton, piscine intérieure et extérieure, spas, les traitements offerts sont les meilleurs, surtout le massage aux pierres chaudes, les employés sont super gentils er serviables, les repas sont super bons, le service est rapide, les chambres sont super belles, confortables et très propres. A environ 1 1/2 heures de Québec.

Le site est magnifique. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et nous avons eu un super service. Nous avons pu profiter du pédalo, paddleboard et et kayak sur le beau lac. Les repas sont vraiment délicieux. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Excellent service clientèle partout. Les soins de santé étaient supers. Tout était succulent pour les repas 5 services et brunch. On va y retourner…c’est certain! Avons bien apprécié aussi notre randonnée en ponton. Bravo et Merci pour tout!
