酒店在火車站正對面，走路一分鐘，視線可及，設施很新，衞生間乾淨，該有的都有，當然這個價位也沒送什麼禮物的，大門口的法國餐廳很不錯價格實惠，甚至説換成Rmb和國內比也是優惠的，當然，火車站附近，晚上不建議外出溜達……（總體感覺奧運會以後法國治安好多了……）

L'hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas de la gare et entouré de restaurants sympas, mais il est impossible de ne pas se rappeler que c'est un Ibis budget! La propreté de la chambre n'était pas du tout satisfaisante, cheveux un peu partout au sol, dans la salle de bain, toilettes mal nettoyées. Les draps étaient propres ainsi que le linge de toilettes. Le petit-déjeuner était très limité mais pour ce prix il était satisfaisant. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable.

The Ibis Budget Saint-Etienne Centre Gare Chateaucreux is very convient location-wise for Saint-Etienne's train station. We were greeted warmly by staff, who spoke both French and English which was good for my non-French speaking counterparts! Our family room was tidy and compact. Our room consisted of a double bed, a single bed that you had to pull out from a cupboard, a television, and of course, the bathroom. The only issue we had with the room was the shower, as it was an open shower, so we kind of created a small flood of sorts, not drastic at all, because of the quite slow drainage system. It was around a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the town centre, however, you could hop on the tram from the station.

Lit fait sol dégoûtant même pas un coup de balai passée et je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain Une honte. Le sol vaut encore des traces de pas. Poubelle non vidée Un expérience catastrophique, mais seul dispo dans l’urgence. Mon enfant de 5 ans était épuisé par la route et il était tard nous pensions passé une nuit reposante avant de reprendre la route.

Une des meilleures prestations au nombre des IBIS fréquentés ces dernières années. L'emplacement est parfait; le bâtiment, qui abrite l'hôtel et aussi un NOVOTEL, est récent dans un quartier contemporain; l'équipement de la chambre, certes standard, est convenable; la propreté des lieux est remarquable; le petit-déjeuner buffet est bien achalandé. Je n'ai payé que 79,69 € + taxe de séjour de 0,85 €.

cet hotel Ibis refuse de faire les prix accordés par All Accor pour les possesseurs de la carte membre, renseignements pris auprès du siege de All Accor ce tarif minoré doit aussi être accordé dans cet hotel. cette reclamation au siege a été transmise a l'hotel qui devait me contacter ............j'attends toujours .......donc a savoir pour les possesseurs de cette carte .autrement hotel lambda Ibis , chambre et douche bien ,endroit du PdJ grandes tables , promiscuité assurée. voir photos
