The hotel is located in a beautiful park surrounded by forest, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are a little of the old style but it makes feel like a cosy family castle, ideal for a retreat. Excellent restaurant for dinner, breakfast on the terrasse.
The staff was sympathetic, dynamic and caring.

The good life! Very quiet and green setting, special mention for the corridor on the ground floor, the facilities show superb restoration and maintenance, it was good to enjoy a very complete breakfast buffet, and a clean swimming pool , and allowing to appreciate the castle as a whole.

Beautiful outside but 'over the top' inside decorations and paintings in public areas in gilt . Even hand drier in gold. Outside pool area impossible to walk without shoes as finish sharp and abrasive Room good. Poor service,not enough personnel but very good staff

A wonderful castle with very helpful staff!
Beautiful sleeping and dining rooms. Good breakfast and dinner.
The only issue was a poorly marked and much too hard speed bump, which cost us new shock absorbers, car rental and some valuble time. We were assured that this would be improved, and if so happens, there is really nothing we would want changed!

Bonjour oui l'endroit est plutot agréable , le repas correct mais je me doit d'établir certains faits, Nous sommes allez dans cette établissement il y a quelques années ,En fin de repas je commande un café , A la sortie je découvre que deux cafés ont été facturés,,,, nous sommes retourner une 2 ème fois , Ma femme demande une carafe d'eau ordinaire la serveuse nous la pose sur la table puis quelques minutes ensuite nous pose sur la table une bouteille d'eau minéral ( que nous n'avons pas commander) Surprise ,,, ma femme va régler l'addition demande la facture et la encore surprise la bouteille d'eau minérale qui a été retirer de notre table a 8 euros nous a été facturer,Nous faisons la remarque et la encore surprise sans se démonter l'on nous facture 4.5 euros la carafe d'eau,,, Dommage mais je suis sur de ne plus retourner dans cette établissement

The outside looked lovely, butnote, pool not open and walkway notcleared. We were given a lovely room key. That is when it ended. Walk to room was musty ( first floor). When we opened the door, we were surprised, it appeared not to have been ready for guests. Cobwebs from the molding. An inch of dust around perimeter of room on the ripped carpeting. The door to the bedroom, when opened. Was across the foot of bed. Refrigerator was on floor,making it difficult to see prices of the water. The non functioning bidetshowed water stains. The hairdryer died half way through. No reservations available for dinner on second night, requiring the group to buy food in town and bring it back to chateau. It advertised a working bar. N ot so.. plus side, staff was lovely, tried to help, but lack of resources was evident
