Bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais grosse déception sur la chambre, le lit. Au vue du tarif payé je m’attendais à quelque chose d’exceptionnel « WHAOU… ». Ça n’a pas été le cas. Une chambre toute banale qui pour moi est juste moyenne gamme.

Déçue compte tenu du prix … Il y a un magnifique Roof Top auquel nous n’avons pas pu accéder a priori c’était sur réservation… mais personne ne nous a prévenu à notre arrivée … dommage …. Le manager au roof top n’a pas semblé chercher une solution pour nous satisfaire (service médiocre) il n’a même pas eu la présence d’esprit de nous suggérer d’aller au rez-de-chaussée au bord de la piscine. Le customer satisfaction cela s’apprend !!!

Assez onéreux. Peut faire l'affaire pour 1 ou 2 nuitées, pas plus! Un petit-déjeuner pauvre, répétitif, manque d'originalité; Des équipements pas toujours fonctionnels en chambre; Un parking hors de prix... Absence de nombreux services tels le room-service, les chariots à bagages, les groom…

Concept sympa avec la vue sur l’océan et la montagne. Cocktails et tapas de plutôt bonne qualité. Par contre, l’homme qui nous a accueilli était très froid et plutôt pédant. Il s’est même permis des réflexions désagréables envers ma famille. On se demande comment une personne comme ça peut accueillir de la clientèle dans un établissement avec ces prétentions. Son comportement a largement gâché notre soirée.
