Clean and modern hotel but unfortunately a very poor overall experience. The staff was friendly and professional, however our room had almost no amenities — no shower caps or basic extras, just towels and wall-mounted soap dispensers. We spent some time at the pool area, which is beautiful, but accessing the pool was extremely unpleasant. To get there from the breakfast area, guests are forced to walk through a shallow shower section filled with stagnant water from people rinsing off. The water was not draining at all and appeared dirty, as though it had been sitting there for weeks. It was honestly disgusting, and there was no alternative route to access the pool without stepping through it. Another strange aspect was that the pool had absolutely no drink or snack service. No staff attending to guests, no refreshments available — nothing. The hotel also has approximately three restaurants (the rooftop, breakfast area, and lobby restaurant), yet none of them serve food before 17:00. This makes absolutely no sense for a hotel catering to guests throughout the day. Where exactly are guests supposed to get lunch or snacks from? Very disappointing overall, especially considering how modern and aesthetically pleasing the hotel is.
