Pros: 7 minutes walk to Stade De France Air conditioning that works Friendly staff Cons: Tiny rooms Felt more like a “motel” instead of a hotel No amenities and bed was very hard Overall, a good hotel for one night to go to the stadium, but I felt it should’ve been much cheaper than the 289 euros I paid for one night.

Petit hôtel très bien situé, à 15 à pieds du RER-B et 10 min du Métro. Le stade de France a une enjambée via une passerelle au dessus du canal. Chambre petite mais propre et refaite à neuve. Literie de qualité même le canapé lit est bien fermé. Un hic, pas de drap pour le canapé lit. Le lit en mezzanine est top mais escalier très raide et sous comble faut pas être grand ou faire attention. Pas de petit dej mais une bonne boulangerie de l’autre côté de la rive. Un parking est disponible mais … c’est plus un hangar dans lequel on stock 12 voitures. Si vous avez de la chance, tout se passe bien, les clients partent tôt. Si comme moi, voiture coincée contre le mur et bloquée par 2 autres voitures dont un propriétaire a décidé de faire la grass’mat’ jusqu’au 11h15 et l’autre est parti on ne sait où… ça craint. Départ prévu pour 9h00, j’ai dû patienter 2h15 avant sur le client se lève. Les employés sont sympas, réactifs si vous avez un soucis ils le règlent dans la minute mais mal organisés avec ce parking. Ils devraient garder les clés des clients qui bloquent ceux du fond. À part ce soucis, sans conséquence hormis 2 bonnes heures de perdues, l’hôtel est bien situé et je vous le conseille.

The proximity to Stade de France is amazing. Everything else about this hotel is terrible. The hotel is selling “Comfort Rooms” with “2 large twin beds” despite having no rooms with 2 beds. On top of this, our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom was also disappointing. Half of the shower door was missing (it was propped in a corner next to the toilet) so the floor got soaked with water. Also, the drain was clogged.

J’ai eu une chambre située au rez-de-chaussée la 3 devant le passage donc bruyante pas de réseau ! Et pour finir une alarme incendie à retenti pendant 10 minutes à 2h du matin !!!
Quand je retournerai travailler dans le coin celui-là je l’éviterai
