Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon conjoint. Globalement, l’expérience a été correcte, mais pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on attend habituellement de cette chaîne. ➡️ Les points positifs : • La chambre était spacieuse, ce qui est appréciable. • Nous avions un balcon, ce qui offrait un petit plus agréable. • La propreté générale était satisfaisante. • Parking gratuit sur place. ➖ Mais aussi quelques déceptions : • Le sol de la chambre était abîmé, ce qui donne une impression de négligence. • La porte de la salle de bain était également endommagée, ce qui surprend pour un établissement de ce standing. En résumé, un séjour sans gros problème, mais avec des détails qui ternissent l’image de la marque Mercure, connue normalement pour un certain niveau de confort et d’entretien. Une petite rénovation serait la bienvenue.

We were greeted by Juliette at reception and she was very helpful, spoke very good English and very polite. Room was of a reasonable size, bathroom was clean and well appointed. We requested an outside table for our dinner reservation as we were travelling with our dogs. We were greeted at the restaurant by a chap and rushed into the inside seating area. When I asked for a table outside, his response was (NOT POSSIBLE)....... I explained that we requested an outside table when we made our reservation and again were told (NOT POSSIBLE, THEY ARE ALL RESERVED). When I explained that we should have a table reserved outside, he stormed off leaving us standing in the restaurant. He then pulled a table from a row of 3, threw 2 chairs and 2 menus at it and stormed off. I immediately complained to reception who seated us elsewhere and ensured we had a different server, but by then the damage was done, our stay was totally ruined. Being treated like that in a restaurant I am paying to eat in is unacceptable. This individual has no place being front of house with an attitude that quite simply stinks.

La chambre est très agréable, jolie décoration Le restaurant donne sur une jolie vue Le gros problème est le service en salle ( petit déjeuner et restaurant), peu aimable, bruyant, directif…. Nous somme loin du service discret, aimable et chaleureux… qui donnerai envie de revenir, de consommer. Vraiment Dommage, c’est la 2e fois que nous y séjournons pour le cadre, ce sera la dernière.

Perfect stay for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings and the wild life. Our room was beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. There wasn’t a fridge but that didn’t matter. We had a room with a terrace overlooking the last hole of the golf course.

Que dire de ce Mercure... très moyen au regard des prix et prestations. J'ai pour habitude de descendre dans les Mercures ou Novotel pour mes voyages privés et professionnels. Pour être franc, ce Mercure ne mérite pas 4 étoiles: Chambres moyennes, prestations et accueil moyens et restaurant cher pour une cuisine très décevante. Produits maison? Pas convaincu du tout. Par contre addition 4 étoiles. 80€ d'erreur dans l'addition (en sus) cela résume bien la situation. Quant à sa situation géographique...lui préférer Orléans Centre car le quartier "Porte de Sologne" tient beaucoup d'une cité!.

Plutôt bien. Aucune surprise sur l'ensemble des prestations et des lieux. Un point noir c'est la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant. Le service au restaurant est parfait avec le sourire mais la nourriture est catastrophique et nous ne sommes pas difficile. Que ce soit le Diner ou le petit déjeuner, rien est bon. Il faut absolument changer le cuisinier rapidement.
