Bonjour notre caution nous a été supprimée pour dégradation des marches alors que celle s ci étaient déjà abîmées à notre arrivée et déjà signalées par d’autres locataires avant notre venue mon compagnon a chuté à cause de ces marches abîmées et notre caution de 65 € nous a été prélevée La personne du bureau n’a pas voulu nous entendre et la demoiselle à côté a fait que de ricaner pendant que nous nous expliquions Cela entache fortement notre séjour
