Hello, our deposit was withdrawn due to damage to the steps, even though they were already damaged when we arrived and had already been reported by other tenants before our arrival. My partner fell because of these damaged steps and our deposit of €65 was taken from us. The person at the office did not want to listen to us and the young lady next to us did nothing but snigger while we explained ourselves. This seriously affected our stay.
