Une expérience exceptionnelle passée à l’hôtel l’Ile de la Lagune ! Tout était parfait ! Outre le déjeuner délicieux du chef étoilé Frédéric Bacquié a l’Almandin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’espace Spa. Piscine sur le toit avec vue superbe mais surtout les soins ! Une vraie bulle de détente absolue avec un personnel très compétent, des produits Thalgo de qualité . Carine qui s’est occupée de moi est une perle ! Je la recommande vivement ! Au niveau du restaurant, l’accueil est très chaleureux, professionnel . Un grand merci au chef et son équipe, à Jeremy et son équipe, au sommelier Nicolas, et bien sûr au directeur Franck Laporte ! Que du bonheur !

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans une suite avec jacuzzi, la chambre et les prestations étaient vraiment à la hauteur. Le personnel attentif et souriant A conseiller à tous ceux qui veulent faire une pause à 2. La Lagune est très agréable et la vue de l'hôtel offre une belle perspective notamment au coucher du soleil

Frequentiamo regolarmente i Relais e Chateaux, siamo sempre rassicurati dall'appartenenza a questa catena, sinonimo di standard molto elevati. Purtroppo in questo caso, siamo rimasti delusi. Il posto è effettivamente incantevole e l'Hotel è, a prima vista, molto bello. Tuttavia, entrando nei dettagli, la situazione non è all'altezza. Ci sono due ristoranti, uno gourmet (1 stella michelin) e uno più informale, che propone una cucina italiana. Purtroppo la cucina scimmiotta la vera cucina italiana con piatti abbastanza modesti, non in linea con le aspettative. La piscina, piccolissima, ha pochissimi lettini per gli ospiti e non da grandi altrernative. Le camere, belle e ben accessoriate, non vengono rifatte la sera. La colazione è modesta e il maitre, appena arrivi, ti mostra una macchina per il caffè con cialde che, sinceramente, è più da business hotel che da R&C. Delusione.

Nous avons eu droit à un séjour aux petits soins. L'accueil a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. La restauration, du petit déjeuner au repas du soir, excellents Petite recommandation pour l'Almandin, le chef et le sommelier ont éveillés nos papilles avec des produits locaux. Service attentionné. Le spa au top et les soins a l'espace thalasso nous ont fait plus que voyager L'établissement est très propre. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement.
