Where do I begin.... I have stayed and been at many hotels. This was the first time I felt so disgusted by the staff and the facility. They are very rude, and do not want to treat you as a customer. The hotel is dirty, seems to be not kept up well, and the workers will snap at you for anything. They will lie right to your face and become very rude. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!! There are many other hotels with friendly staff and a lot cleaner in close proximity to this one. I will NEVER go back to this place and I hope that no one else ever does! This is my first ever review left for a hotel, as this was so bad I had to say something. I would not even give this hotel a rating.

This is the worst hotel. Upon arrival they had a sign Pool Closed, which I rented the hotel because they had a pool and nothing on their website stated that the pool was closed. I asked if it was gonna be open at all for the weekend all I got was snapped "I have no clue when the city will reopen it". I then asked if it was to early to check in (2:30) I was told yes that no rooms would be ready til 3:30-4. When we finally got in our room the room wasn't vacuumed (found toenails on the carpet) the sink handles were dirty, the tub had chunks missing on the floor, the ice machine didn't work, the breakfast room was dirty, we were there for 2 nights the keys were only done for 1 when went to have the keys done the second day I was informed that the woman at the front desk ( same one who checked me in) that she hates her job and wants to quit. Which explains why she is so rude. There was no sundries in the room didn't have a bath mat to lay outside of the tub. Front desk was rude and didn't want to hear about any problems anyone had. I will never stay here again and I don't advise anyone to stay here. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and in my yrs of being a hockey mom and working front desk at a hotel I have stayed in a lot of hotels. But none ever this bad.

Very much in need of repair. Carpet on stairs carpet torn up. Not safe. Holes in walls in room, not cleaned well. 3 couches on grass outside the building.

This particular, Wyndham property, was very unsafe for me to stay at. The top star had overlapping carpet that was not tacked down when I went down the stairs my heel would catch, and I would fall forward when I went up the stairs my toe would catch and I would fall forward. I would not recommend, a senior citizen with severe osteoporosis, put themselves in harms way like that. or anyone else, for that matter . Hopefully it will get resolved.

Terrible hotel. We were given a room at the second floor and the elevator button is broken. I went to the reception and asks how do I access my floor. He (East Indian ethnicity) told me go to third floor use the stairs and press the button at the second floor. I told him no. He then change my room at the ground floor to my surprise it is still dirty. I went back again to the reception and he change my room to third floor and one of the bed don’t have a fitted sheets just a topper. What kind of service is this? !

Only positive is comfy bed Hotel is bordered by I-94 on one side, and 24-hour truck parking on the other side, but hotel lobby doors are locked at 10pm, so that made us feel a little safer. Hotel lobby, stairs, and hallways were dirty. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. Pool was OK, but hot tub was out of order, and we heard it has been that way for a long time. I would give this hotel a 2 1/2 stars at best.
