I would not stay here again, there are better motels than this in the area. Front desk staff were not friendly an didn’t seem concerned at all about what is going on. Illicit drug use, random people in the hallways asking for change, broken doors.

I got on here and read the reviews and I think in all fairness Kelly is getting the short end of the stick. She does not tolerate people being rude or disrespecting this property. This property has come a long ways from the first day I stayed here 8 years ago. I walked in and immediately it smelled nice. Got to my room and yes the air didn't work. I called Kelly and she had maintenance here in 15 minutes. Room was clean towels shampoo conditioner and body wash all full. This hotel is a lot of bang for your buck. I say give it a shot again you won't be disappointed

It smelled like THC throughout the whole hotel. It was old & it smelled like old clothes in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable & springy! Shower curtain was dirty & so were the comforters on the beds. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN! Definitely give it a 0 all around.!!!! I would NOT recommend to stay here.

Likely better to spend an extra $20 and stay at better place. Back entrance slams loidly shut and there is no Lock on door.

The staff at the hotel were kind and professional. However, the building itself smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even in our non-smoking room. There was no security implemented on the outside doors, so anyone could enter the building without a key card. The television also didn't work. Overall, it offered a place to stay for the night, which is what we needed, but it was not the most comfortable experience, particularly due to the smoke smell.

After I checked in and paid for the room the front desk clerk informed me that they were working on the heat and handed me a little heated fan. When I opened the door to the room the temperature was as cold as it was outside (25 degrees). This property should not be available for rooms until the heating issue is fixed. The front desk person should have explained the situation before checking me in and charging me for the room.
