The staff and service are outstanding. Phil Bruton helped me to find a room after another hotel rejected me because they had not reserved me a first floor accommodation as previously requested. Phil was so helpful and kind. Keyon’s, at the desk was helpful regarding every small request I had related to food, stores, sightseeing, etc. The manager Kerri Welsh was super helpful and also went out of her way to provide maps for me to get to every destination I questioned. And when I needed time before my next appointment, she accommodated me graciously in the lobby. Excellent service, excellent place. Clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful comfy, fluffy pillows, outstanding!

This hotel was great for our overnight headed south. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. Upon checking in, we were offered a two bedroom suite instead of the two rooms we had originally booked. Saved money and still had two bedrooms and two bathrooms! We did takeout from RJ’s restaurant for supper, a short walk from the hotel. Excellent walleye and wedge salad!

Hotel needs updated, rooms are a bit outdated. The bathtub needed to be scrubbed to get the soap scum stains out. Breakfast was ok. Both the pool and the hot tub were out of service. Quite disappointing.
