Location was strategic, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Room was abit old, need some maintenance. Breakfast was quite basic but it was good. Overall it was an okay stay if you're just staying for a night just to rest.

Do not stay here ever! Was fraudulently charged and accused of stealing a tv and heavy smoke damage to the room. Manager refused my calls and gave me the run around. Still awaiting a response...

Says online offers dry cleaning and laundry service, when asked on-site they didn't, should have staff that understands English better Also,no kleenex available

Room was ok except for bathroom which was not very clean. Had some mold in the corners of the tub and empty container for body wash. Light in hallway of room burned out, informed front desk, was not fixed for our second night.

Room was clean and neatly laid out. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk gave me one. Dove brand amenities. Only negative was no hair dryer.

Stayed at this hotel recently — overall, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the experience was seriously let down by the front desk manager, Katie. She seemed completely out of it — slow to respond, confused by basic requests, and generally unhelpful. On top of that, she was clearly sick and still working, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. For a place that presents itself as a quality hotel, this kind of staff performance is disappointing. Management really needs to step in and raise the standards. A great stay can easily be ruined by poor service at the front desk.

It was adequate.
Room had an odor and the windows do not open for fresh air. Air conditioer was a bit loud.We saw a pair of dirty socks, one was behind the chair and the other poking out from under the bed.Breakfast was adequate and staff was as well. Not really welcoming.The pool was open. The hot tub was not open either in the evening or the next morning.
We will choose another place to stay next time.
