Our room and bathroom was very clean, however the entrance from reception up stairs to the rooms was very shanby and carpets very worn tatty and did not look very clean

This hotel is exceptional. We stay here often as we have family in St clears. The hotel is so conveniently placed for us but is also somewhere we would recommend to everyone and anyone. The staff are helpful, polite and personable. The hotel is beautifully clean and the beds smell gorgeous as does the bathroom. We will always stay here when we visit St clears as we always have since our first visit there 9 years ago.

A perfect location for an overnight stay when heading to SOTH WALES , as in our case or it would make a very good base to explore the surrounding countryside A efficient and warm welcome, a lovely room and huge bathroom . Lovely atmosphere. It was a very cold day and the hotel was warm and welcoming

The check in was simple and reception staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable and all that we needed for our nights stay. It was quiet overnight and we slept well. There’s a Starbucks for coffee and breakfast if needed right beside which was also very convenient.

Really impressed with the family room we stayed in, great value for money and plenty of space for 4 of us. Modernised and clean, no fancy frills just a perfectly suitable room which allowed for us to stay comfortably for the night to continue our adventure - will definitely use again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy, and very comfortable and well placed for visiting places by car around the area. There were places to eat near by such as MacDonald’s and Greggs and these were within walking distance.

Room was very basic (114). Mattress was not comfortable, seemed cheap. Room very hot during night. Ok for 1 night necessity stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer. Room was very clean though so that needs credit.
