From stepping in to register to getting to our room, The Desk Associate, Lorraine, always had a smile on her face. She greeted us upon stepping into the Front Lobby, made eye contact and gave a great big howdy and a smile! This was the ending of our travels and she really made us feel welcome and appreciated. She also called us within 10 minutes to see if our accomodations where satisfactory. That's what we call Guest service WITH A smile!

Tina, General Manager makes sure the booking process is effortless and always available to assist with last minute changes. Lorraine and Naomi at the front desk are nothing short of perfection when it comes to hospitality. Alway have a smile and positive attitude and take care of anything we need. Lorraine at the front desk was incredibly accommodating! She was very welcoming and engaging at check-in. She also provided my group with glasses for our wine and the remote for the lobby TV so we could watch the basketball game. The hotel itself was very clean and the decor was fresh and modern.

We visited the area and had a wonderful stay here. The staff was more than friendly showing that Ohio Charm that I grew up with. Lorraine was especially helpful with our needs. Her smile and personality were exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this property if you are passing through or staying for a visit.
