Hampton Inns usually have great locations to surrounding areas. I needed to travel between both towns in between, great stay.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have been to. As Diamond members we have stayed at alot of locations. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast staff kept up with restocking and cleaning tables. Only negative was the luggage carts which were hard to maneuver and get into the elevator and room.

This property falls short of the Hampton standard. Water stains in the bathroom, hole in the wall where a towel rack used to be. Not to mention the staff smoking too close to the entrance doors. The shower handle was stiff, difficult to operate and leaky. The bedding and pillows were very good, no issue there. I would opt for the Holiday Inn Express next time as this Hampton does need some work and improvements.

Right off the highway just west of St Louis this hotel is relatively new, clean and bright. Good breakfast, helpful staff (Thanks Key!) and it felt safe. Pet friendly (with a fairly hefty fee) which always makes me think that it's well cleaned.

Upon entering the room, the place had a strong musty smell. The air conditioner was very loud all night. Our biggest issue was the noise travel between the walls. It literally sounded like the people next door were in our room, and they were talking at normal levels. The front desk attendant was pleasant and canceled our second night. Overall, it’s hard to believe this is a Hilton property.

Admittedly this location is an older Hampton inn but what it may lack in newness it makes it up with the great people who work here. Front desk , housekeeping and breakfast employees were all friendly and great to deal with…they went out of their way to make me feel welcome at all times

Booked 3 nights. First day the Shower handle fell off. No maintenance person available for 2 days. Had to switch rooms. Second room bathroom light not working. Twice room key didn’t work. Signs for ice machine were false. No ice machine on our floor, had to go to lobby to get ice. Asked to talk with manager. Ashley, manager, promised compensation with points credited to account but Hilton said she never submitted request, probably didn’t want main office to know what terrible service was provided. Never staying there again

The room and hotel was clean and the breakfast was what I normally expect from Hampton Inns. That being said many other issues that were not up to the standards of the Hampton Inn brands. Only 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for a 2 person stay in a room with 2 queens, telephone inop, no shampoo, chose the hotel because it had an EV charge station but that was inop as well with no notification on their web site. I won’t be staying at this Hampton Inn again.

I was really disappointed with how dirty the bathrooms were. There were stains all iver and the trash can was really dirty. The beds weren’t great either, they had a musty smell too. The next door neighbors were very loud and that made it all the worse.
