Booked 3 nights. First day the Shower handle fell off. No maintenance person available for 2 days. Had to switch rooms. Second room bathroom light not working. Twice room key didn’t work. Signs for ice machine were false. No ice machine on our floor, had to go to lobby to get ice. Asked to talk with manager. Ashley, manager, promised compensation with points credited to account but Hilton said she never submitted request, probably didn’t want main office to know what terrible service was provided. Never staying there again
