This really is a delightful peaceful hotel, situated in woodland by the side of a lake. Very comfortable with the rooms furnished to a good standard and a lovely garden to relax in. The restaurant is excellent, a good menu and very good cuisine and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The owner M. Malnou is very helpful and accommodating - and speaks good English. We stayed here in 2019 and were very much looking forward to staying again, although our return was delayed. We look forward to staying again in the future

Pas d insonorisation entend ce que fait le voisin (douche), plancher qui craque, rideau velux très détérioré, store enrouleur bloqué à moitié sur deuxième fenêtre. Salle de bain aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement.

L'arrivée se fait par le parc, ce dernier est ravissant et donne une excellente première impression. Comme par la suite, l'accueil a été parfait, le séjour a débuté de la meilleure des manières. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable et la décoration au charme désuet aspire rapidement au calme. Quelques détails mériteraient malgré tout une reprise pour la finition, un peu d'entretien, dans la chambre. L'ensemble présente un rapport qualité-prix tout à fait correct. Le repas du soir était délicieux pour un prix très raisonnable et le petit-déjeuner servi à table convient idéalement avec l'ambiance de l'établissement.

Op doorreis naar Nederland verbleven wij voor 1 nacht in dit hotel. Kamer voor 59 euro zonder ontbijt. Bed was redelijk. Vloer kraakte echt bij elke voetstap en zo ook bij de buren. Heel irritant. Prachtige omgeving maar zowel tuin als hotel slecht onderhouden. Vergane glorie. In de nacht werd waarschijnlijk e.e.a. geleverd aan het koetshuis waardoor geluidsoverlast. Een ontbijt geboekt voor 12,- euro p.p. Ik las ergens in een beoordeling dat er nog (te weinig) vleeswaar werd aangeboden. Bij ons was dat niet het geval. Koffie, jus 'd orange, een paar broodjes en jam was alles wat wij kregen voor 24,- euro. Ik weet dat het Franse ontbijt niet veel voorstelt maar om daar 12,- voor te vragen. Wij voelden ons flink afgezet. Voor ons geen t****e keer.

Très bel établissement ou nous étions ravis de passer quelques nuits pour nous reposer dans le calme de la forêt de Tronçais : nous avons apprécié tant la table le soir au restaurant que la chambre au deuxième étage avec vu sur le parc et l'étang qui borde la propriété de ce bâtiment plein de charme datant de début 1800. Nombreux conseils de balades de la part des charmants propriétaires, accueillants et sympathiques. L'équipe discrète et souriante est aux petits soins pour que votre séjour se déroule au mieux... Petits déjeuners traditionnels, copieux et "faits maison" nous reviendrons sans tarder avec la famille pour renouveler ces bons moments !

Arrivé le dimanche soir et très bien accueilli. Hôtel confortable, calme dans un grand parc. Grande chambre, bonne literie. Repas du soir savoureux, tarif des boissons raisonnable. Petit déjeuner servi à table (ce qui devient rare), jus d'orange frais!. Personnel très agréable. Je recommande.
