Hotel Kyriad Lyon Est, the receptionist was very pleasant despite the fact that we arrived very late. She was available, meets all needs and remains reachable all night. The hotel is a Kyriad type hotel, the rooms are comfortable and clean. A small problem with the insulation of the windows and walls which lets in the cold from outside. Fortunately, there is air conditioning or heating, and works perfectly via a wall remote control which allows you to adjust according to your needs. The bathroom is a little minimalist but it does the job. The best thing about the hotel is that it is located 10 minutes from the airport, super convenient for morning flights and to avoid the morning traffic jams and ensure your flight.

Staff was extremely helpful, even though we did not speak the same language. No elevators, however, front desk staff helped carry a bag up. Super convenient to get to the airport. Roughly 10 minute drive with no traffic.

Clean, practical and conveient to the airport.
Bathroom was a bit small and the sink was not practical but otherwise very good property. Included parking was a nice convenience.

I would avoid
The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. The shower door couldn’t open towards the outside it was build backwards and it was hard to get in and out. Even if smoking is illegal the all floor smelled like smoke and they couldn’t do nothing about it.

Excellent stay and very helpful staff at front desk Room was comfortable and clean. Easy parking on site.
Action Lild and Aldi close by 5 minutes walk and excellent Italian restaurant two minutes walk. Prises very reasonable. This was recommended by staff at front desk.
